I have worked with animals since I could have a job! I started out working full time at a kennel/vet clinic as a kennel assistant for a few years and then switched over to being a veterinary tech. I have been an established veterinary tech for almost 2 years and work with primarily dogs and cats. I am comfortable with all kinds of animals, though. I have always had a huge passion for our furry friends and making the owners confident in their choice of care!

It is important that I am aware of any medication or behavioral specificities before the appointment/visit. I can adapt to any animal! So just give me a heads up and I will be okay.
A typical day
I have plenty of fun walking locations! I am also very active as a person so exercising your pup is something I prefer doing! Exercise is more fun with a buddy anyway. Making sure your pet is stimulated and taken care of mentally and physically is very important to me.

Availability
I’m currently full time at the veterinary hospital, so I work Tuesday-Friday with a half day Wednesday. Other than that, I have church Sunday morning and Thursday night! Pet care is fit into my routine through shorter increments in the early mornings and late afternoons Tu-Fri, but long periods of care Sat-Mon. I love fitting it in my schedule wherever I can!
