**DISCLAIMER: I AM NO LONGER COMFORTABLE TAKING ON MALE CLIENTS WHO LIVE ALONE** (However I am LGBTQ+ friendly tho and typically make exceptions to this rule in those cases bc us queers gotta stick together 🌈🥰) Hey all, my name is Tayler! I’ve lived with pets my whole life (except a couple years in college)! I adore them! Rover is a fun second job to helping me and my partner save up for a house! I’m also a U of M grad who works fully remote as a software engineer so I have a fairly flexible schedule! If I’m am sitting for you, I’d be happy to water plants, bring in mail, and other tasks! Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about me. Looking forward to meeting you and your pet! As I said I work fully remote so it’s very easy for me to accommodate your pets schedule into my own daily routine and I could always use a fun break from coding! **yes, I do have a bad 2 year old review from a sketchy sitting situation that scared me off rover for a while! I even had to use rovers helpline due to the unsafe situation (I promise this review isn’t representative of my skill as a sitter) I can provide phone numbers of references! Also note Rover didn’t remove me as a sitter due to this incident which I think tells you enough about the pet parent in question! Anyways if you have more questions about that incident I am totally willing to answer them! I just don’t want to outline personal trauma publicly! I’ve really missed doing Rover and making new animals buddies and am willing to give this a try again BUT I DO NOT SIT FOR SINGLE MALES ANYMORE (sorry nothing personal, it’s for my own safety after the incident I experienced with a male pet parent) Anyways I’d love to start sitting again 😻🐶🐾

I was hopeful that my home and dog would be well cared for. Tayler sure talked a good game. The reality was Tayler was rarely at the house left dog excrement and soiled pee pads on the floor. I watched her partner ignore my puppy and leave the house without cleaning up an accident. That had been on the floor all day. When I challenged Tayler and told her I would be checking in on regular basis now via my nest cameras . she emailed me she was uncomfortable with being watched on cameras. And abandoned my animals. In the middle of the night. I was out of the country and had to leave the Bahamas after 2.5 days. Of what was to be a 10 day vacation. Obviously I won’t use Tayler or this service again. I doubt this will be posted. Wish I had done homework on Rover.com
Tayler did an spectacular job house sitting my girls over the weekend! Super thoughtful and responsive, great communication and flexibility. The apartment was pristine when I returned! Will be booking again.

An 11 year old Siamese mix named KitKat, a rambunctious 2 year old orange tabby named Baja Blast, and our newest family member a black 1 and a half year old kitty named Bat 🐱🐈🐈⬛ I also grew up with dogs of various sizes, had roommates with dogs over the years, and plan to eventually be a dog parent again after we get our house 🏡☺️🐶

I’m big into running and walking so making sure your dog gets enough playtime and exercise is easy for me bc I already work physically activity into my daily schedule and it’s always more fun with a dog than by myself!
