Pet care experience
I grew up raising and showing lots of animals including dogs, cats, pigs, sheep, and cattle. I have also been a vet tech for two years now! I was a 10 year 4-H member and was also Miss Boone County in 2021. I currently show dogs in AKC, breeds include Akitas and Portuguese Water Dogs.

Informing me of any certain restrictions your dog has allows me to care for them properly ( reactive, shy, high-drive, blind, diabetic, etc). None of these are a problem and I am equipped to work with them still, but rather allows me to set up a care plan and establish care with you as well.
A typical day
I grew up with Australian Cattle Dogs (blue heelers) making me very aware of the needs of high energy dogs. Providing dogs with the correct not only mental but physical stimulation ensures a healthy bond between a human and dog. I currently participate in 5k’s so if you have a dog that needs to run, we can do that together!

Availability
My work schedule allows me to make two afternoon visits if needed and my weekends are normally very open, allowing me to give the best care needed.
