Taylan was a great dog sitter for Mollie! He sent pictures and updates so that I knew all was well. Mollie was happy and tired after I picked her up so I know she got lots of exercise and playtime. This was our first time having Taylan care for Mollie and we will most certainly contact him next time we are headed out of town.

Overall, we were very disappointed in the job Taylan did for Jeff and I. We met with Taylan before hiring him on Rover.com and we felt we were getting an individual who was going to watch our dogs like we do and focus on taking care of them. When we got home and opened the door we were met with pee smells. The living room had several pee spots that we felt did not happen in just 1 day. (Our dogs are 7 years old and do not pee on the carpet unless they are sick; it is very unusual.) The dogs seemed to be out of sorts and when I went to put on their collars for a walk, our black lab kept fighting me. I noticed the collar was adjusted so tight I would never have put this on my dog. Our German Sheppard's collar was adjusted so small I could not get it on her. Our neighbors gave us some feedback because they knew we were out of town. Taylan had people at the house which he told us he would not do. We heard there was another dog in the house as well. Jeff and I wondered if he stayed at the house every night because the bath towels were not wet and we did not get home until 8:30 pm the night we flew back into town. We have used Rover.com about 5 times and this is the first time we were so disappointed. We will not call on Taylan again and I don't want someone else to have the same experience we had. I tried to call Taylan before putting this review online and he did not call me (it has been 2 days now). Karen and Jeff
