This was my first time using rover, and I could not have been happier with how it went. From moment one I felt comfortable with Tayla and she was open, easy going, and put my mind at ease about the process and everything. She came and met Myles before booking was finalized... and truly throughout everything she was great, and I could tell in all the check ins that my cat was being well taken care of and cared for. And I was honestly surprised how well he took to her. She was professional and courteous and dilligent about messaging and the check ins... I loved the pictures she went when I was travelling. And having her definitely put my mind at ease when I was on the a very long trip/time away. I could not recommend her enough... and I know whenever I travel again, that I have someone I can trust and count on close by to drop in and check on my boy Myles.
