Pet care experience
I am an energetic and compassionate person currently working in the social work and child care profession. I am seeking opportunities to spend time with dogs in order to both provide myself with exercise and the wonderful presence and company of dogs, as well as help others through my service. I am doing this mostly to get excessive and spend time with dogs so please chat with me if my rate is too high for you. I am very much willing to accommodate if the price is a struggle as I am not really interested in the money and consider this more of a volunteer activity! I find working with dogs to be healing and calming. I have owned dogs my entire life and trained all of them. I have also previously worked as a handler and socialiser at a doggy day care. I am calm, confident, and caring with dogs and have experrience with large and smalll dogs, as well as energetic and calmer dogs. On Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays I can only walk from 4:15pm onwards due to my work schedule. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays I’m totally free!

We have seen Taya work with animals quite a bit. She has looked after our dog and she has a great love for dogs of all sizes. She seems to know what they need and are thinking and how to care for them. Dogs seem to really like Taya too. She cannot pass by a dog without stopping to ask if she can pet the dog and give them some love. I think she would be a great dog care Walker person
Taya V is amazing with any animal. She is kind and gentle and will always look out for their safety and enjoyment. You can see her true love for animals. She has worked with our VERY energetic heeler cross since he was a puppy and has been amazing and patient. She has worked with him to socialize him and help him gain confidence around children (when he has always been afraid of). I would highly recommend her!!!!

I love playing outside and walking and will take delight in doing this regularly as well as adhering to whatever feeding schedule and methods your pets are used to.
Information Taya V. would like to know about your pet
I have a lot of experience with high energy dogs and breeds. I have worked with large and medium sized dogs a lot but am also perfectly good at providing for smaller dogs as well. Please let me know how your dog is on the leash vs off the leash, how well they handle dogs and humans, children, etc. Please tell me if your dog has a delicate stomach and what is allowed in terms of treats and food. Let me know if your dog has any specific triggers, activities, words, or behaviours that upset or aggitate your dog as I can happily accomodate for that!
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks and to dog parks. I also love throwing and chasing toys with dogs inside and outside the house. Of course a good dog cuddle heals all souls involved and I love providing pets and kinds words. If your dog loves the water, one of my favourite activities is taking dogs to beeches, rivers, and lakes and letting them splash around.

Availability
I work 7:30am to 3:30pm 4-5 days a week. I almost always have a weekend and a weekday day off. I am hoping to walk dogs after my work and during my days off. For house sitting, I would always be able to spend the late afternoons and evenings with the pets.
