Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of all kinds dogs for as long as I can remember. Now I’m a vet technician and love every second of it. I can most of the special medical requirements that your pup needs to keep them happy and healthy while you’re away. Senior care especially is something that is important to me. I know it can be difficult to leave your furry baby away when they’ve grown to such an old age. I can help train puppies their basic commands and keep them active. I love going on walks and hiking. Making trips to the river as well is also a fun activity I like to do with my dogs. But no matter what the requirement is for your pup. I’m confident that I can do whatever is needed to make sure they have the best time while you’re away so you won’t have to worry.

Taya watched our dog, Reggie (pittie/lab mix) while my son and I traveled to the area for a concert. She was really accommodating to our late night and stayed at the Airbnb with Reggie until the concert was over. She sent pic updates throughout the night, so we knew he was happy and taken care of. He climbed in her car with her as she was leaving, so I think it's safe to say he enjoyed his time with Taya. :)
Taya was great and kept us updated on how our dogs walks went. She also sent photos of our happy pups :)
I’ve got 2 senior pets (a cat and a dog), and I felt so comfortable leaving them under Taya’s care. She had to manage multiple medications and feeding schedules, and kept me updated along the way. I will definitely book Taya again!!
Taya was great and eased my mind while leaving on a trip! Riley loved her and had a great time having her stay with him!

In my view, pets are just as much members of the family and should be treated with respect and affection accordingly. However, dogs still require discipline tempered with positive reinforcement for them to properly learn. Naturally my treatment of dogs, but not my attention to quality care, changes given the needs or special instructions of the dog’s owner. Fortunately I work as a vet technician at a vet clinic and I’m allowed to bring them to work with as long as that’s okay with the owner. My clinic is always willing to help me work around the schedule that I have with the furry friends I watch!

Information Taya D. would like to know about your pet
Would like a meet and greet prior to taking care of your furbaby. Im totally okay with any breed. Need to know if he/she is okay with other dogs, how active they are, how easily over heated they can get, food preferences, what they like to do, health issues, if they need medication, how owner wants them to be groomed, and anything else owner can tell me about them. Want to make sure Im taking care of them the right way, the dogs safety and health is my number 1 priority.
A typical day
A typical day with these babies would be different depending on who I’m looking after. If it’s an active dog then we’d go to all the special places I know of and get lots of walks in. But it all depends on how much they can handle or what the parent is okay with.
