One child just left for college!
Pet care experience
I am a homemaker and mother of two kids. Our son is at the University of Virginia and our daughter is a senior in high school. I have had dogs most of my life and love their companionship. Currently we miss having a pet and our daughter is yearning to have one since her brother recently left for college. We know that we will be traveling in a few years so we probably should not get a pet right now. That being said, please bring your dog to our house so we can play with and love on them as if they were our own. We look forward to meeting you! :)

Tawny took great care of our dog Tango while we were away for New Years. I would definitely leave him in her care again! I think he really loved Tawnya and her whole family!
Tawnya and her family were a joy to work with. Tawnya was very easy to get in touch with and answered any questions that I had. I also got daily updates with pictures of how my dog was doing. I will definitely use her again in the future.
Tawnya sent lots of pictures and took good care of our baby! She came home exhausted and slept all evening? we will definitely use Tawnya again!
Tawnya has watched our dog and cat on several occasions, multiple days at a time. She has always taken very good care of our pets and has followed any special instructions that they needed. We trust her with access to our home while we're away and we know that everything will be in good hands. Tawnya is also very good with communication and lets us know how our pets are doing and if any issues have come up. Tawnya's love for animals is evident in her interactions with them and the concern she shows for their well-being. You can be sure that your pets will be in good hands when Tawnya is caring for them!

Our homeowners insurance does not permit us to take these breeds: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers and Siberian Huskies.
A typical day
Your pooch will enjoy our home because we cuddle, take walks and play with toys! :) 'Dog boarding' fees cover an overnight stay up to 24 hour period with a two hour grace period. After that, there will be a 'Doggy Day Care' fee for overtime up to 10 extra hours. After 10 extra hours, 'Dog boarding' fees will apply. Office hours are 7 am to 8 pm. Special arrangements outside of office hours can be made if discussed ahead of time. No pick-up’s Sundays before noon. If your pick up time falls on Sunday morning, you will not be charged extra.
