If I could give Tatum zero stars, I would. We had hired her to watch our two dogs over thanksgiving, and had such a negative experience we had to cancel our booking with her on the first day. We asked her to be at our house at 7:00 am the first day, she arrived at 8:30 am. She then left our house around 12:30 pm and did not return until 7:00 pm. I was very detailed in what we expected from her, as we have a 13 week old puppy who was not to be left longer than 4 hours. She did not follow that guideline. She left our dogs for 6 1/2 hours without any food, water, or lights on in the house. Due to her not being attentive to our dogs, our carpet was chewed and ripped up and has stains we have not been able to get out. All of this occurred while we were 500 miles away from our pets. I truly can’t express the stress and worry she caused us to have. I write this detailed review so hopefully no one else experiences what we did. If you want peace of mind with your pets, do not book with Tatum.

There aren't enough words to express how delighted with and thankful we are for Tatum house and dog sitting our 'special' fur child Riley. Tatum was in consistent communication with us and Riley was so happy and well cared for we're not sure he even missed us. Tatum not only took excellent care of Riley, she was also attentive to the house needs. We had a problem she told us about immediately and she coordinated with the service people and took care of what needed to be done until we got home. I knew she would be wonderful when we had the meet and greet - Riley adored her immediately - but I didn't know just how wonderful she would be. We are so very grateful for the peace of mind she gave us while we were away. It made our vacation truly restful and relaxing and, above all, we didn't worry one bit about Riley.
