Pet care experience
I've been caring for all types of animals for years! I've worked in rescue, for a pet hotel, for a vet and for a pet store. I cared for dogs, cats, small and furry pets, reptiles, fish and horses. I understand and work well with dogs of all sizes and with those who have separation anxiety. I know what it's like to hire a sitter, so I understand keeping things as calm as possible for the pet and send plenty of photos and updates. I enjoy meeting new pets and getting to know their personalities!

We are immensely pleased with the quality of care our two dogs got from Tatum during their long stay while we were overseas. Our only concern was wondering if they would want to come home with us! ? They were given plenty of space and comfort in their home and enjoyed the large fenced yard. They even taught our younger dog to play soccer. He can be anxious with new people, but he warmed up to Tatum very quickly. We hope to be able to leave our dogs with Tatum many more times.

Tatum was amazing! I highly recommend her! Our dog has horrible separation anxiety and just recovered from a dog bite from a stay at another sitter. Tatum did an AMAZING job staying with her and giving her space from her other dogs. Her and her husband split between rooms so she was never alone. She was so insanely accommodating! We will definitely use her again. If you have a pup that struggles with anxiety, I know how hard it can be to find a sitter you can trust! You can trust Tatum! We will definitely use her again!

A typical day
Dogs enjoy daily walks where they can sniff the surroundings. I'm happy to play ball or Frisbee, take them for walks and give cuddles. Most cats are much more independent, but like knowing they aren't alone for extended periods of time.

Availability
I work during the day, but am happy to help care for pets on weekends and in the evening. I enjoy meeting new pets and helping pet parents feel comfortable when they have to leave them.
