I waited a while to post this review as this was my first rover experience and I honestly wasn’t sure if all of them would be like this. Her profile states she has a fenced in yard where the dogs can play. When I arrived I asked if we could let our dogs meet outback in the yard and she told me that the yard was being fixed and the dogs wouldn’t be back there. Instead they would be on a tie out leash in the front yard which is pretty small and close to a cut-through road (busier than a neighborhood). I was uncomfortable with this as my dog is not tie out leash trained and would likely run and pull on it. I was so nervous something would go wrong and she’d get into the street. At drop off I noticed another dog through the window that she never mentioned. Once I asked she told me it was a foster she was watching. Everything went fine, but once I got home and bathed my dog I noticed her ear, neck, and face had puncture wounds. I’m not a helicopter mom and understand that dogs play rough but these had broken through skin and were bloody and nothing was ever mentioned to me. The girl is nice but the whole interaction felt sketchy and I was concerned for my dogs safety. Wouldn’t use again.

Tatianna and her husband were absolutely AMAZING! I was in a bind last minute for my wedding and my dog had surgery two weeks prior. He was cleared and staples removed and Tatianna still reassured me it would be perfectly fine. She even sent me picture updates!!! Rufus felt right at home and loved their dog Noah! Would recommend them 1000% for your sitting needs!
