I am a passionate animal lover! I have taken care of animals of all kinds since I was 12 years old. I have volunteered at local animal shelters as a dog walker and dog bather. I have also done many dog sitting jobs while I was in college for friends and family members. I worked at a Doggy Daycare and Boarding Center for almost 2 years as well. I am very proficient and confident with dog handling. Also, I have 3 years of medical experience in an animal hospital as a Veterinary Assistant. I am proficient at administering oral medications, performing dog first aid, and CPR. I am currently a second year veterinary medical student at MSU and have an interest in small animal surgery. I am on summer break from vet school right now, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pup! I am home most of the day. Currently, I am super flexible and looking for summer opportunities. I am available Monday - Sunday from 7 am - 9 pm. Once school starts up again in August, I will mostly likely reduce my availability dependent on my schedule, however will find find the time for you and your pup! I have a large, fully fenced in yard that your fur baby can safely spend some time outside. I also have a very friendly and active fur baby named Sheldon that LOVES to play with dogs all sizes and can keep your dog company while in my home. I usually take Sheldon on 2 daily walks and take him to the local dog park and would happily bring your dog with us, if permitted. I will provide food bowls and blankets/beds as needed. I would recommended one Meet and Greet prior to any service. Looking forward to it! Together, Sheldon and I will show our furry house guest all the love we can give. I’m currently working part-time about 3-4 days a week at a veterinary hospital. My days are usually short, so I am away from home for about 5-8 hrs at a time. I have a fully fenced in yard that your pup can safety play in with my own friendly and playful dog, Sheldon. When I am at work, my boyfriend will be home all day with the pets because he works from home. He is great with dogs and loves to play with them and take them for walks during the day. I usually take Sheldon on a long walk every morning and then take him to the local dog park or to an off leash hiking trail in the evening. I would happily bring your pup with us on all our adventures.
