Pet care experience
I have over 10 years of pet-sitting experience providing a loving, nurturing and safe experience for cats, dogs and other animals from the comfort of their own home. I provide live-in sitting services (including house-sitting), day-to-day check-ins and dog-walking. I also have experience with diabetic animals and house sitting. I am currently working as a PhD researcher with a highly flexible timetable so perfect for spending plenty of time with your pet! I am currently renting a property so will not be able to house pets in my own flat.

Excellence service tate
Hello everyone , I came to talk about this wonderful person that is Tate , I left my kitten who needs special care for me , and I also left a list of rules to do with both food and water from Yoda , and Tate followed everything with love, sending me pictures and telling me about Yoda's evolution. I know I'm a very suspicious and demanding person, but Tate with a lot of sweetness left me calm and confident, it was the first time that I was separated many days from my kitten, when I arrived everything was as I had asked and Yoda was in perfect health. Tate has been caring for our two ageing cats for just over a year now. She steps in for live in care on weekends and sometimes for the odd day/night here and there. One of our cats is diabetic and is insulin dependant, Tate is very capable in administering and injection twice a day, and understand the issues around our cats health. Would have no hesitation in recommending Tate, she is friendly, diligent and very trustworthy, and her affinity with animals is evident, the cats absolutely love her.
Tate dogsat for a week while I was on holiday. She is trustworthy, reliable and the dogs love her! They were happy and relaxed and well looked after. She kept the house tidy, was professional and thorough and is just a very lovely person. I would highly recommend her, and would definitely love her to look after my dogs next time I go away.

I provide: - dog walking for half an hour or more, multiple times per day depending on your dogs needs - at-home visits: Do you work long-hours and have a pet that needs some extra love and attention during the day? I can provide home visitations for feeding, play-time and toilet-breaks for half an hour slots throughout the day (longer slots can be booked if needed) if you live close to the university or central Reading - over-night stay: I provide live-in pet sitting for either one night or multiple nights, this includes administration of medication, feeding, walking, play-time and a general high standard of care for your pet while they get to enjoy the comfort of their own home. - updates: I will send regular updates, photos and videos of your pet so you can enjoy your time away worry-free Each pet I look after can enjoy a personalized experience, if your pet has any special requirements, I provide a form for you to fill out where you can add any extra needs. I also prefer to meet all pets before I care for them to ensure I am a good fit for you.

Please provide me with your pets general needs when enquiring about a booking, this includes your address, your pets temperament, how often you would like to book drop-ins/ walks per day and for how long, or if you are booking a home-stay then how long can your pet be left alone for. We will then book you in for a meet-and-greet so that we can make sure that I am a good fit for your pet, we can then discuss specifics once you are booked in.
A typical day
I like to spend my time walking and hiking and am very outdoors-y, I am very keen to look after dogs that enjoy the outdoors. If your dog is low-energy and would prefer to stay indoors I have plenty of fun indoor activities in mind too. I also enjoy looking after cats and have lots of experience providing drop-in visits and house sitting for cats.

Availability
My routine is flexible and I can choose when I work, and also have the option to work from home some days, this makes me the ideal sitter to care for your dog. Ideally your home will be easily accessed using public transport or within a half hour bike-ride to the university as I don't have a car.
