Our 16-year-old chihuahua has always taken days, sometimes years to warm up to people. Tasmyn warmed up to him in minutes and took care of him for days afterward. She was also accommodating and communicative. It was our first time using this app and she was understanding when we had questions or needed to change things about our appointment. I would have no reservations about leaving our little guy with her again. Thank you!
