Pet care experience
Sustain Positive Canine Healthcare by lessen cognitive dysfunctions and mindful of environmental stressors. I have been responsible for the comprehensive care that contributed to a longer life expectancy of 11 rescue dogs. The short and long-term (non-medical) hands-on experiences consist of the reduction of functional impairments. I promoted doggie happiness that range from the: 1) basic care of multiple elderly/aging dogs; 2) focused on the pre/post treatment procedures for a cancer(ous) dog; 3) responsible for the countless safety measurements of 5 blind and visually-impaired dogs; 4) constructed an environment to lessen bi-lateral mobility challenges for 4; 5) relieved bodily distress syndromes through a holistic approach to combat the onset of the canine’s cognitive disorder(s); also, struggled with basic social skills; 6) reduced the environmental triggers (for 4 dogs) that promoted the onset of deafness sensitivity due to age (& their breed related hearing loss); 7) responsible for special meal preps and paid for full extractions of 2 due to the periodontal disease; 8) provided co-management care for 2 epilepsy canines and sustain a seizure free environment; 9) due to 3 suffering with vertigo symptoms, I kept an obstacle-free and safe environment that ensured that the controlled area was comfortable, cool, and easy to access water and food; and 10) 5 endured heart murmur conditions that ranged from levels 1-5; I actively focused on their "daily living activities" and reduced time spent in controlled environments (such as, the groomers, banned child play & no overnight kennels). Endless Availability (short- & long-term care): I am an United States Army retired veteran, with 24-years served. Currently, I am a full time online college student and the BEST stay-at-home mom. I am a native of VA. Many distance relatives and friends visit our home due to the popularity of our location, so often we are home on the weekends and during the holidays. This is why my doggie care availability is flexible and it accommodates most parents. Pet Safety Measures include, but not limited to: 1) 9 ft high wooden and brick combination fence; 2) large back and front yard (for puppy play); 3) 2 in-ground yard, free-to-flex tie out cables (for small pups & large dogs); 4) a 3-leveled backyard deck; 5) internal and external home security cameras and alarms; 6) reside in a well-established, Neighborhood Watch community (with caring & supportive neighbors throughout the neighborhood); 7) the entry level to our home (family room to most) is setup to accommodate all fur-baby care, big or small; 8) 4 foldable metal dog crates (to accommodate small, medium & large breeds); 1 medium sized plastic pet crate; 9) an easy access from the fur-family room to outdoors; 10) 24 ft. (in length) puppy indoor plastic playpen for care, play and safety; 11) 2 pet dog flute whistles with two-tone ultrasonic features that triggers doggie alertness and captures their attention immediately; 12) multiple portable pet gates (tension-mount & extra tall); 13) 3 shelving units to safeguard and store your doggie belongings (with a personalized heart name label); 14) wooden and tile flooring, 15) our home is located in the cul-de-sac (distance away from foot & vehicle traffic), 16) animal safety measurements in-place for receiving and returning pets to rightful owners (while other pups are onsite); 17) I have the Rover emergency agent and local Dog Police Helper numbers on “speed-dial” in case of a time-sensitive event; 18) fenced nearby pet park, 19) well lighted running and walking trail, 20) glow sticks utilized during evening walks (attached to animal’s collar); 21) I utilize the headlamp during evening walks to avoid potholes, or sidewalk cracks that can create doggie/human injuries; and last but not least, 22) my housemates adore pets as much as I do (each support and sustain all safety measures, as the STANDARD, not an option). 23) NOTE: There is a backyard swimming pool with a dog and child Mesh Safety Pool Cover. It is designed and engineered with complete 2-ply strap webbing throughout the cover for unparalleled strength in the event it's walked or ran on during doggy play activities. The material is heavy duty and pets are supervised during outdoor play.
Reviews
CT was amazing with Leo and keep it him almost half day with her with no charge. He gets a lot love and we see lot pictures of him.
TaShawn E. cancelled a booking 3 days before it was scheduled to begin.
By far my favorite sitter for my dog Casey. TaShawn is so great with my normally anxious dog, she gives her so much love and makes her feel right at home! My dog always wants to stay longer. Thanks TaShawn!
Another wonderful experience with TaShawn. She watched our bullmastiff baby over the Christmas holiday. I received daily pictures of your sweet girl interacting with her family and receiving so much love! She even got a little Christmas gift :). We appreciate you TaShawn and family! Josie misses you:)

A typical day
No reoccurring special places outside of our yards. The yard accommodates plenty of space for puppy plays, pedestrian barks, sunbaths, and dog lounges. Occasionally and by request, I will take short and longer walks in and around the neighborhood. The walk distance span is from a quarter mile to two miles; I will not walk beyond two miles out. Additionally, we have two small dogs (Tiny, 11-year-old Maltese & Chief, 3-year-old Jack Russell mix). Tiny is anti-social with most dogs; however, Chief is super social and will play all day and evening with most new friends.
