I have worked in the veterinary field for over 10 years in administration and assisting as needed with patient care. I have been pet sitting for the past 7 years for dogs, cats, aquatics, amphibians, and small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs. I am able to medicate cats and dogs including injectable medication. I have worked with puppies with house/crate training and basic obedience and am incredibly comfortable with bully breeds. I work a 5 day/6 day flex workwork and am able to tend to you fuzzy or scaled family members in the early morning or after 5pm most weekdays. On the weekends I am able to include mid-day checkins. Dogs are to be tended to a minimum of 3xs a day when not staying at the home. Cats, though independent, should be cared for at least 2xs a day. Other aquatics, amphibians, and small animals should also be cared for a least 2xs a day. Routines are key and keeping pets on a schedule is important to keep their stress levels low while their families are away. Even though my yard is fenced in, I never leave my pets unattended/out of my sight, and the same will go for any pet I am caring for.
