I have owned dogs and a variety of animals my entire life, as well as volunteering at the humane society and being an animal science pre vet major at the University of Kentucky. I love animals and have pet sat for a variety of families since I was about twelve. I shadowed at Bluegrass Veterinary Specialists + Animal Emergency, assisting veterinarians and technicians as well as observing everything that occurs. I currently work at VCA Woodford Veterinary hospital and assist the veterinarian technicians in doing whatever they need help with. After college I would like to be a vet for small animals such as dogs and cats, as well as exotics such as birds, reptiles, etc, or large animals, such as horses or exotic animals.
