Pet care experience
I have owned pets all my life - I love both cats and dogs! Throughout high school, I worked at a dog boarding and daycare facility for 5 years where I provided daily exercise, feeding, medications, and spa services for up to 30 dogs at a time.

Tarah took such good care of the little ladies while we were gone. We just got a cat, so I was apprehensive about being gone for multiple days, but within 24 hours with Tarah, both babies were cuddling right up to her! Tarah even came back to our place after going home to let Pickles out for the final time since our flight encountered a two-hour delay. Thank you Tarah ❤️☺️

I have a reactive dog of my own, so unfortunately I am not able to host pets in my home. However, when visiting a client’s space, I follow the pet’s lead to ensure they feel comfortable.

A typical day
I love to let the pet lead our day - from play time to walks. I’m happy to play with toys, I always have a soft spot for tug-of-war and fetch! Additionally, I enjoy long walks and like to let dogs sniff to their hearts content. I’m a very active person, but also love to lay and snuggle, if that is more of the pet’s speed!

I’ve been accepted to graduate school in the fall, so I’m currently working part-time through Rover while I prepare to start classes. Given that my schedule is so open, I can be very flexible for last-minute bookings!
