Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Tara and I am a recent graduate from my master’s program where I studied to be a Family Nurse Practitioner. While I job search, I am looking to spend my free time with pups! I grew up with two small dogs, very different personalities. I have experience sitting other friends' and family's dogs. Additionally, during my years of college my roommates and I hosted Rover dogs which proved to be a fantastic way to help me stay happy despite the stress of school! I am very patient with dogs, very loving and love to play games with them. Walking is therapeutic for me and has become one of my favorite things to do so why not do it with a furry companion!

Tara was a great Rover cat sitter. Our request was last minute for 1.5 weeks. She was responsive and easy to communicate and plan with. We had originally arranged for both house and cat sitting but after a few days she wasn't able to continue with the house sitting but she made sure to quickly figure out a solution and accommodate accordingly and offered to find another Rover house/cat sitter or she could instead make visits to care for the trips and we chose the latter and so then she made 3 trips to the house per day to feed our kittens and play with them. She gave us frequent updates and pictures and asked questions when wasn't sure how to proceed with anything. We would definitely use her for cat sitting again.
Tara was great with our dog and cat. Took great care of them. I would highly recommend her.
Tara has been walking Hope three times a week and it's been great! She always comes at the scheduled time, even when it's raining. I also appreciate the attentive updates about Hope that she frequently sends. I recommend Tara as a dog walker!

Availability
I am currently job searching so I have plenty of free time on my weeks and weekends to engage in pet care. If I am house sitting and doing pet care, I will likely be out maximum 5 hours of the day.
