Pet care experience
I've been a full-time dog mama for over 13 years, so I understand hands-on how nerve wracking it can be to leave behind your pet when life calls you away. My commitment is to make every pet (and owner) feel comfortable during their stay. I have special experience feeding, walking, training and adoring dogs. I have cared for dogs between the ages of 3 months and 12 years, and have a special place in my heart for big mutts. ❤️

Tara was born to be a pet mama! She came to our home and stayed with our two dogs not long ago and they LOVE her. When she came back for a visit afterwards, they ran up to her each begging for her attention. Tara is also very responsible and fed them exactly as we asked, walked them, and frequently sent us pictures while we were gone. Instead of being worried about our pups while we were gone, I felt very happy for the guys, as if there were on a vacation too! Getting to spend their days with such a lovely young lady was a treat for them!
Tara is the SWEETEST dog mom ever! Dogs will always be more than an animal or pet to her. She genuinely loves dogs and will deliver nothing less than utmost care - every time. I love the pictures and videos she takes too!
Tara is one of the most loving and professional PetSitters, Walker, and owner I have ever met. She not only treats every animal as her own but treats their owners as real parents and humans. I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback who absolutely LOVES meeting new furrever friends. She's very much spoiled with daily walks, intentional play time, and yummy treats. When your fur baby is in my care, it's 100% guaranteed that they will receive the same attention, and potentially gain a new best friend! I live right next door to a large park where I go walking with my own pup often. It's a great space to enjoy the sunshine as well as get in some joyful movement.

I have a preference for medium-large breeds but have cared for small breeds as well! Let me know if your fur baby has any special needs. I'm more than willing to learn how to appropriately care for them. I have experience with caring for senior dogss, as well as dogs with separation anxiety.
A typical day
I love to stimulate my dogs both mentally and physically. Whether it's a walk in the park, an ice cream trip and car ride, or a snuggly night in, my dogs know they are genuinely cared for.

I currently work full-time at home, so caring for your fur baby will naturally be a part of my routine. When pet sitting, I ensure they will be properly watched and cared for during their stay. I will keep them stimulated both mentally and physically so that they know I'm fun and safe to return to.
