Pet care experience
Hello! As a dog mom of 2, I personally that pets are more then just animals, they are family. I have been taking care of animals for years from my own to helping friend and working on Rover. I work great with dogs who are shy, anxious and may need extra love and care. I’ll spoil your dogs with walks, cuddles and belly rubs.

Mine is the naughty beagle in Tara's photo album and Tara is great with him! He often is very stubborn about going out for a walk and she is very patient but firm with him. They always get outside and at least around the block, which is oftentimes all I can get him to do! We love having Tara walk Babar and I think he likes it too!
Tara is a wonderful, patient, and loving person. I have absolutely zero hesitation to leave my dog in her care. She is a great caretaker, and my little guy loves her. She was firm when she needed to be, and was so affectionate with him that I don't think he missed me at all! My dog is pretty anxious, especially around other dogs, (he was abused at his last home) and she was so patient with him, going the extra mile to make sure he felt cared for and safe. You won't regret leaving your dog in her care!
Tara would be the best person to work with dogs because she is always willing to put others for herself. She never does a 1/2 done job because she will take care of you let’s as if they are her own. Tara is friendly, open, and honest and can work with a flexible schedule. Tara takes time management seriously, and always goes above and beyond with whatever task she is given.

It’s important to me that my dogs are active and engaged. I spend quality time with them through playing, walking and pets. I have toys that mentally engage my it’s as well. Safety is my top priority. I always make sure the leashes are on before opening the doors. I check to make sure my backyard gates are closed before letting them out.

If your dog has any medical needs, special needs or fears that can require special care, please let me know. I walk a dog that have can only be walked during non-peak times because he gets to excited/ anxious around other dogs.
A typical day
When caring for dogs, I like to take them for walks in parks. I also enjoy playing fetch and tug a war with dogs. One of my dogs like to be chased, so I run around the house or the yard with him. He always wins.

Availability
Currently, as a teacher, I have summers off and have plenty of time to take care of animals. As a pet owner myself, I have to take care of my dogs every day. It’s just a routine that you have to do.
