Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs around my whole life. Ever since I moved out of my family home into the city I have missed having a pet. I have fostered multiple dogs ranging from tiny 6 week old puppies to large adult breeds until they found their forever homes. My love for all dogs of any breed and size is unconditional. I enjoy going on long walks and would love to have some company! Additionally my building is pet friendly and I have had all my fosters stays in my apartment.

I was scrambling to find a sitter on short notice and am so happy that I found Tara. She was quick to respond, flexible and able to accommodate my last minute/next day request! My dog is an older girl with a few health issues and a unique personality and that didn’t seem to be a problem at all. Based on the photos that Tara provided, my girl looked comfortable and seemed to make herself at home. I sincerely appreciate Tara for watching my girl and will come back in the future. I highly recommend!!
Tara is great with dogs. She has one of her own and she is so kind and loving with them. She has fostered 3 dogs (2 puppies and 1 adult) and she devotes all of her time to taking care of them and making sure they are loved. There is no task too big for Tara when it comes to taking care of dogs. She was drop everything to make sure they are are properly situation. Tara has a huge heart and it is evident in the way she takes care of these dogs.
Tara's love for animals has shone through for all the years I've known her. She is responsible, kind, and has given both her own dogs and multiple foster dogs a safe and loving home. She's extremely proactive and always prioritizes a dog's needs before her own, making sure they are well cared for and have enough exercise, love and attention. I would look no further than Tara when choosing someone to care for your dog - you can rest easy knowing your furry friend is in amazing hands!!

I have experience with dogs of all ages including small puppies and large older dogs. I have fostered dogs in the past in addition to having two family dogs. I am great with all animals and want them to fee comfortable around me at all times. If a dog has any special needs please let me know ahead of time and we can work it out.
A typical day
I love going on walks (always try to get 10,000 steps a day!) and would love to explore more neighborhood in NYC. Central Park is also near by and I would love to continue to explore there.

Availability
I work from home 5 days a week on a 9-5 schedule. I am super flexible when it comes to the weekends as well. My days are rarely packed with meetings so it is easy for me to get out of the house to get some fresh air or play with and train any pets.
