Pet care experience
I have had and have taken care of pets my entire life, between my personal pets to family members as well as volunteering for animal rescues and fostering. I am comfortable with dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, and birds. My family and I have a huge love of all living creatures and treat them like they should be, part of the family for over 25 years.

it is clear that Tara loves animals. She treated our puppies like they were her own. Tara took them for multiple long walks on the dirt road behind my house. She talked to them and petted them, and every few hours sent us photos of what was going on! I would encourage anyone who needs a pet sitter to choose Tara!!!!
Tara was very communicative about our shy and scared pup. Kept me in the loop and made me feel comfortable.
Tara sent beautiful photos of my girl, and it is obvious just how happy she is. Tara is knowledgeable about dog care, and identified a potential ear infection right away, and our vet told me she did all the right things and it cleared up the next day. I completely trust her with the care of my dog and my home and will definitely book with Tara again.
Tara is amazing! So great with pups, she really cares, and she’s so helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend! Our pups love her.

I can walk, feed, play, and nurture your pet to your expectations and directions. I personally have 3 dogs that are happy and healthy and range from 3 years to 8 years who are playful and well mannered. I keep them on a strict eating and play schedule so they can be their best selves.

It's always good to know how your pet will react to strangers. I have the patience it takes to win them over. How does your pet walk on a leash? Where is a good place that they will feel secure? What DON'T they like? Are they reactive? What type of training, if any, would you like for me to know so that they are as comfortable with me as possible.
A typical day
I am an avid runner/walker. So taking walks with dogs is always an added bonus for me as well as them. A good game of tug or fetch is a great time for my personal dogs to play (they will play for hours) I love to play stimulating games with the pets that I watch and try to keep them in an environment that is secure and feels and is safe for them.

I have plenty of free time with my schedule to come play, feed, bathe, and exercise your pet. My schedule is set so that I can keep your pet on their schedule and not to interfere with their day to day life.
