Pet care experience
I have many years of experience with dogs, more recently including seniors and puppies! I have also spent quality time with many cats the last couple of years and feel comfortable with both animals’ body language and needs! As someone who has dealt with nerves when it comes to leaving my pet in the care of someone else, I will do everything I can to ensure your pet’s comfort and your peace of mind! I love pets and will be gentle, attentive, loving, affectionate, and playful with yours ❤️

Tara was an exceptional dog and house sitter. Our senior rescue pup was immediately comfortable with her and seemed to have a really swell time during her stay. Tara was very communicative and thoughtful before, during, and after her stay. She sent lots of photos and took very good care of our dog and our home. We will definitely invite Tara back for a future visit!
Tara was wonderful. She was on time and stayed until the end of her booking. She took excellent care of my senior pup and even my very shy cat came out of hiding while she was staying. Tara was very communicative and sent lots of pictures over the weekend and left my home spotless. Highly recommend Tara to take care of your fur babies.
Tara is a wonderful house and pet sitter! She handled our quirky gang of dogs and kitties with ease and took wonderful care of our home. She is very professional and lovely to work with and I really appreciated the regular updates and cute pictures she shared while we were away. Communication was super easy and quick. We will definitely work with Tara again and highly recommend her.
My babies love Tara! She's super accomodating and communicative. I love getting updates from her while I'm out of town and I can always rest easy and enjoy my time away knowing they're in good hands with Tara!

A typical day
Depending on their needs and likes and your instructions, we can go for an adventure and sniff around town, play with toys at home, and/or cuddle and have pats and scratches! They will get as many walks and as much attention as they need and are used to. Their comfort and peace is the goal!

Availability
I have lots of WFH pet care experience! I work full-time 9:30-5:30 but I work from home four days out of five. I can work from your home if needed or leave mine for little walks and bathroom breaks! I am typically in the office on Thursdays but can be flexible if absolutely necessary and can be available after 5:30. My weekends are typically flexible!
