Dog's Best Friend!
Pet care experience
I've had pets (dogs and cats) my entire life, and I can't imagine living any other way. I currently have a dog (2.5 years) 2 young cats (2 years) and one old man cat (15 years), so my house is turning into a bit of a zoo! It's a lot of work, but definitely worth it. Aside from taking care of my own pets, I regularly pet-sit for about 8 families (off Rover). I am comfortable taking care of dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and ages.

I will take care of pets according to your preference! If the dogs need 5 walks a day- no problem. If they prefer to play fetch in the yard, perfect! I can crate them, keep them out of certain rooms, etc., and I have also worked with pets with allergies and medication needs as well.
Information Tara M. would like to know about your pet
I’d love to know if your dog has anything that they’re territorial over (whether it’s a toy, shoes, their food, the garbage, etc). I don’t mind working with pets with behavioral ticks (my own dogs have had some as well) but I appreciate a heads up!
A typical day
I’m happy to spend all day outside with high energy dogs or spend a chill day in with older pets :). Whatever you typically do with your animals, I will do my best to replicate!

Availability
I work from 9-5 in Manhattan, so I am available to take care of pets after work or on the weekends. Starting in May, I’ll be working from home on Friday’s so I’ll have more flexibility
