Pet care experience
I had my dog for 17 years, and my house feels empty since he's been gone. I also took in several foster dogs when my dog was alive, and watch my friends and family's cats and dogs when they are out of town. I prefer small dogs but am open to medium/larger dogs if they are well trained and easy to manage (I have watched golden retrievers, labs and rotweilers).

Tara was AMAZING with our 16 year-old pomeranian! I don't know what she did, but he came home happy with the spirit of a puppy. He clearly had a great time. She cared for him incredibly well with joy and love! We called her before scheduling to say that Pepsi needs frequent potty breaks. She suggested doggie diapers, and that worked perfectly! Tara is outstanding with senior dogs!! I hope to have the opportunity to schedule with her again in the near future.
Tara was great! She sent lots of pictures and Noodle was very happy with her. I would definitely leave him with Tara again!
My timid pup adored spending a long weekend with Tara! She was caring and attentive to him, ensuring that he had a great time.

I live on a quiet, dog friendly street. My house does not have a fenced in yard, but I can use a tie out to let them roam freely (or hold them on a leash). I'm happy to take them for short walks (if they pull this may be tough for me, depending on size and strength)! Crate trained or non-crate trained dogs are welcome.

I have some physical limitations, so if your dog needs walked my ability to do so depends on their size and strength. If your dog cannot go up/down stairs, please note I can only carry dogs up to 15 lbs.
A typical day
