Pet care experience
Animals are and have always been my first love. I have had animals my entire life. Any breed of dog, from small to large, cats, to lizards, birds and fish. My dogs/cats are my kids!! I have 3 Huskies and 2 cats. One of my dogs is a puppy mill dog who was never socialized properly. I had a trainer tell me to give up on him, he would never accept other dogs. I refused to believe that or give up. He now has a brother and sister he loves! Another came from a 'breeder" who had genetic issues and needed surgery at 7 months old with a 3 month crated rehab. I nursed him back to health and he's doing great now. I have experience with dogs with behavioral and medical issues.I love all animals and would love to care for yours. I also volunteer for a rescue doing home checks on potential adopters.

Tara Maher worked for me in September 2015 and October 2016. In 2016 my 16 year old tabby was ill and I was prepared to cancel my trip to Europe. After speaking to Ms. Maher, I knew that Tom-Tom would be in good hands. Ms. Maher fed, gave medication and changed the cat's litter box. More importantly, she played and provided tender loving care to my cat. She kept in touch with me via text messaging during my entire vacation. Ms. Maher was both professional and caring and I would highly recommend her services. I know that Ms.Maher is a compassionate animal lover who genuinely cares for the welfare and well being of animals.
Tara has been taking care of my dogs and cats for years now and I can't be happier. I know when I'm away my animals will be taken care of as if I were doing it. She's given meds to my cat when he was sick. She also trims my dogs nails for me. I wouldn't hesitate to refer her to anyone who asks. You can trust her with your babies.
Tara is great with dogs. She has been helping me with my dogs for years. When my dog sees Tara she gets all happy. It's easy to see how much she loves dogs once you see here interact with your dog. This is the third dog that she is taking care of for me. I am very happy knowing that if I need Tara she is available to take care of my dog.
I met Tara 3 years ago. We share a love of animals, particularly our Siberian Huskies, of which she has 3. I know her to be a responsible pet parent who will do anything for her dogs. I would have no reservations about leaving my girl with her. Whether you require dog walking or are planning a vacation, you can feel confident that your pets are in capable, caring hands, and you can have peace of mind.
