I have a large mixed breed dog (lab/rottie) and she is a puppy which shows here on the app. After arriving to the rovers home she told me her son created this account simply to “make some extra money”. I was their first customer. Her son was unaware on how to approach an animal and was moving around very quickly as he was excited which made my large puppy in a new setting very nervous. Received texts in the middle of the night that Luna (my dog) was too hyper and wouldn’t go to sleep and was asked to come pick her up early. I did such and was refunded my money. I use rover all the time as my husband and I travel a lot and this was the first time I ran into issues, but then again everyone else we’ve used has several reviews with repeat customers and understand a puppy is not hyper, she’s just a puppy.

To Whom it May Concern, Hi , I’m Tara’s mom. You could not find a more loving and caring person to take care of anyone’s babies. She has cared for my four dogs several times including giving medications And care. She’s stayed at the home many times when we take our cruises. She’s a member of animal rights and does several protest for the rights of animals and has rescued several and found new homes for them. She also found a gopher tortoise where the Gardner’s had filled the hole. She contacted Wildlife coalition and stayed on the site until someone came and dug it out.
