Dogs make the world a better place. I cannot imagine the last 15 years without my pups, Smokey and Sady, the best friends and teachers I've known. Only they had the ability to bestow upon me the responsibility, loyalty, patience, acceptance, spontaneity, joy, gratitude, and unconditional love that is required to not only be the best dog mom but also the best human I can be. My pups have both passed on but I feel great being able to share the gifts of life they gave me by caring for other animals and their humans. All the dogs I've cared for are precious to me, from the giant wooly malamute to the tiny pom chihuahua, to the mastiff who needed a temporary loving home. Thank goodness for doggos! (Cattos are pretty cool too)

Tara stayed at our home for a week and babysat our pups. She was great to our dogs and kept us updated the whole time we were gone. She is very polite, considerate and prompt. She left our home clean and or dogs happy and well taken care of. Thanks again Tara!
I don't know anyone that cares about the well-being of pets more than Tara. She makes every effort to get to know a pet and its unique needs.
Tara has been a pet sitter @ my house for my dog Boomer multiple times and for extended periods. I cannot recommend her highly enough! I have NO worries when Tara is taking care of Boomer - she is extremely conscientious, caring and very engaged in all of Boomer's care - walking, feeding, playing and just hanging out. Boomer is a Terrier/Chihuahua/Pomeranian rescue and does not make friends easily- but he and Tara are best buddies! Tara has a passionate heart for animals - your dog will be in very good hands!
I have know Tara for Nearly 20 years...the first time she pet sat for me, it was a absolutely worry free encounter . Before text messageing she left me a hand written note as to how it all went. I have read them since with a smile on my face. The key is worry free laced with genuine compassion . Since I've had others watch my pets and I've done it with some concern !
