I’m a long time animal lover who is looking to Rover part-time to fill the gap of not having a pet. Growing up, I always had dogs and would volunteer during the summers at my local SPCA. It was there that I adopted my own dog, a jack russell named Hoover. She passed earlier this year after living 17 memorable years on earth. I Rover’d almost full time last year while living in Colorado and greatly enjoyed my experience of meeting various pets and owners. Now, I’m once more working full time at a regular job and am not in a place to adopt another dog, but would like to Rover part-time instead to fill the gap and help people out during summer vacation.
