Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of animals since I was a child. I’ve had almost every kind of animal from fish, snakes, gerbils, hamsters, birds, cats, dogs and even a chinchilla. I have worked at a local pet store, where I was trained on animal care and nutrition. I have also volunteered to help a nonprofit rescue group located in St. Louis. I have also fostered multiple dogs for a different nonprofit rescue group in Troy, MO. Neighbors and friends have relied on me to care for thier pets. I have even taken care of diabetic cats and have administered insulin to them.

Tara was amazing! She rolled with the punches when our dog was not the easiest to care for! She sent lots of pics and videos and our dog came home so happy!

I have a big fenced backyard for your pup to run around and play in. I have a puppy and two year old who would love to play with your pup! I have a spare large kennel if you would like to use for your pets vist or feel free to bring your own!

A typical day
My number one priority is safety and comfort for your pet. I have a fenced in yard which will be utilized for play and potty breaks. I do encourage that you bring your pet’s own personal kennel during thier stay (but it is not necessary). While you are away, you can have the peace of mind knowing your pup is in great care! I will love your pet as if they were my own! I have a very clean and sanitized space. I also have a smoke-free home. I only keep a very limited amount of pups at once to ensure a safe and relaxed environment for everyone!

Availability
I am currently home full-time to care for your pet! If I do need to leave the house it is for no longer than 1-2 hours max. My husband is home full time and is also able to help with my boarding friends 🐾
