I hope I can help your family take care of your beloved animals with walks, play, snuggles, or whatever kind of love they might need! I especially understand how hard and nerve-wracking it can be to leave your older or special needs animals to the care of others, so I hope I can put your mind and heart at ease if you have a dog or cat with a lot of care needs. I'm comfortable administering all kinds medications, including injections and subcutaneous fluids, and working with all kinds of disabilities. I have lost two of my senior dogs in the last two years (to hemangiosarcoma and dementia) and my current dog is insulin-dependent, but I would not trade caring for them for anything in the world! I have had all kinds of dogs and cats and have been helping care for them since I was a little girl. I grew up surrounded by at least 10 animals at any given time, in all sorts of combinations, usually dogs, cats, and rabbits - all adopted from shelters and other families. I lived on a farm for several years, so also have experience caring for horses, donkeys, and goats. I love creatures and look forward to meeting yours!

We felt good about Tara caring for our dogs the minute we met her, and they liked her too. Her communication was great. She sent daily updates with photos of our pups on walks and during playtime in the yard and we returned to find everything exactly as we left it. Definitely would hire her again!

My dog is the laziest dog in the world, and she is very good at sharing all her sunny spots, beds, and blankets. She misses her siblings, but being an only child has really grown on her!
