Pet care experience
Life-long dog owner and current dog mom to a well-balanced and trained mixed breed. I believe in daily exercise for the pups through daily walks, backyard fetch sessions and tons of play! I’ve been dog sitting off Rover for a couple of years now and I’m looking forward to joining the Rover fam and meeting your pup.

As a first time dog parent, Tara made me feel so comfortable leaving my pup for the first time! From the first moment I met her, you can tell how much she loves dogs–especially her dog, Ziza. Tara and Ziza took such good care of Harris–taking him on hikes and endless playtime. I trusted Tara to follow my care instructions and know that she loved on my pup like he was her own. Tara is my go-to Harris sitter :)

I have a fenced in yard and always do a twice daily walk. Ziza and I go to dog parks 2-3 times a week, so just let us know if you and your pup want in on that. Ziza is a well-balanced, calm dog who enjoys walks and naps in the sun. She hasn’t met a dog that she doesn’t like sharing her space with and she’s excited to get some time with your pup.

Before sitting your sweetie, I’d love to know normal routine and any training I can reinforce while you’re with us.
A typical day
We do twice daily, 30 minutes walks to nearby parks and play daily fetch in the backyard. We love to go to Cherry Creek or Westminster dog a couple of times a week. I’m a runner and would love a dog to run with during your stay at our home because Ziza prefers to lay down on our runs :)

Availability
Currently a teacher working from home during remote learning and can provide full-time supervision, training and play. I’m open to the schedule you’d need. I’m available most weekends and can provide the weekday activity your dog needs for day care so you can come home and to a restful snuggle.
