Stay at Home Dog Mom
Pet care experience
We are a dog loving family with two wonderful fur babies! Our labs, Duke and Chip, love play dates with new friends. I work from home every day of the week so your pup would get lots of attention from me plus as much play time as they want. We have extra crates when it’s time to nap and a fenced in yard that’s perfect for fetch with a frisbee or tennis ball. My husband loves to work on training our dogs, so your pup might even come home with some new tricks. We will treat your pup like our own while they are here. Our phones are full of puppy photos, so you can expect lots of updates on our adventures while you are away.

I felt that my dog was very well taken care of when she stayed with Tara! The house and backyard provide a perfect environment for a dog to stay at. She kept me updated with pictures which I appreciated too. Highly recommend!

Tara’s heart belongs to her dogs! It’s evident that she is extremely caring and thoughtful when it comes to caring for animals. I left my dog in Tara’s care without a worry in my mind that my dog wouldn’t be loved on and cared for. After watching her interact with her dogs and mine, I can see that she can go with the flow while maintaining control of the animals. She’s accommodating and sincere with her attitude towards animals (and humans!) and that is what makes her an excellent caretaker!

A typical day
Our neighborhood has a nice 1-mile loop that we walk every day. We will play fetch a lot and your pup will have access to our excessive dog toy bin. If your pup likes to swim, we often makes trips to the Bay.
