Having pets is one of the best parts of life. I grew up in a household with both cats and dogs, and over the years, I learned a lot about taking care of these furry family members. I have been a mom to three dogs; one was a beagle that I witnessed being born, and the other two were rescues - a Rhodesian Ridgeback and a Black Lab mix. I have also had ten cats over the course of the past 40-plus years. After losing my Black Lab, Jesse, in 2012, I volunteered at a no-kill animal shelter in Western Mass. for several years. My time at the shelter provided me with invaluable experience, as I worked with a multitude of dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. Currently in Ptown, I am off from my teaching career for the summer. At this time, I do not have any pets here, and I thought this would be a great opportunity to help out fellow pet parents and travelers. Over the summer months, I have free time to watch, walk, or take care of your pet while you enjoy your vacation. Let me know how I can help!
