The first time I entrusted my dogs with her in August, she was great. She told me that she can do almost anything I needed and that she worked at her father's company nearby, so, she can run back at any time. Only things I asked was that she feed my dogs 2x a day and walk them afterward. I believe she did just that and even sent 2-3 pics/day. This time, she took forever to get back to me each time I contacted her (one time I had to message her multiple times only to get a response the following day). When I went to drop off my dogs on 12-5, she did not answer the door. I had to bang on the door several times and call out before she came out of bed. Her excuse was that they had a party the night before and overslept. I already knew things felt very different than before when she seemed to barely listen when I was telling her the feeding instructions. During the 3 days, I got one measly photo (and one other completely blurred one) as compared to 2-3/day on the previous stay. Then, on the day of pick up, neither her or her boyfriend were able to meet me. I had to go back in the evening to pick them up. When I picked them up, I asked if they were walked and her answer was "no, but I fed them and played with them". I asked why I am not getting the same service and her response was "she just doesn't have the time any more"....actually, her exact words were "I don't have same schedule any more". My questions is why the hell is she still on Rover if she cannot deliver what she promises? To top it off, when I got home, I found that she neglected to return one of my dogs' bowls and I had to go back once again next morning to pick it up. Her heart is clearly not into this any more and its our babies she is watching. The only thing she did this time was left them alone in their house. She still wants the money but doesn't care about her service. I am very unhappy. Never, ever again.

Tanya and her husband were both very nice and accommodating in being able to be home at the time I needed to drop off my dogs (noon on a Friday). When I came by for a meet and greet and explained my dogs eating schedule (2x per day) and told them that I'd separate each meal into its own baggie and label each bag with their names to make everything super-simple. I did exactly that. There were 10 baggies total, 5 for Bear and 5 for Roxanne, put into a brown grocery bag, as they were going to be there for 2 1/2 days. However, when I picked them up on Sunday evening, they gave me back the grocery bag (which should have been empty by now) and it was heavy. I looked inside and was surprised to see most of their meals still in the bag. I questioned them and they said that they'd been giving the dogs 1/2 the amount because they weren't sure and it seemed like a lot of food. If they weren't sure, all they had to do was text me to clarify. Why would I give them double the amount of food they'd need? Instead they decided they knew better about how much food my dogs needed and fed them (what turned out to be) LESS than 1/2 of the food. Both of my dogs were very hungry when I picked them up. The reason I give them so many vegetables is because Bear gets constipatec easily and started licking his butt/anal glands if he doesn't get enough fiber. Well, he was doing exactly that this morning and both of my dogs struggled to poop after breakfast. I hate leaving negative reviews and like I said, they were nice people, but this was just nonsensical and unnecessary, easily preventable with a text message.
