I'm sorry to say that my experience with Tanishia was very worrying, everything seemed fine when I arrived to drop my dog ​​off, it was the first time I left him with her so I wanted to know if everything was okay, I sent her messages to ask about my dog ​​and I didn't have no response I thought she was busy, then after two hours I asked again and asked for photos to see how my dog ​​was doing, after insisting a lot and seeing that she never answered me, I called her on the phone and her cell phone was off so my concern came to the extreme and I thought that something bad had happened, I planned to return at 9pm to pick him up but seeing that I didn't get a response, I left where I was to pick up my dog ​​from her house and I arrived around 3pm. I sent more messages to her to let her know that I was on my way and when I arrived the explanation she gave me was that she didn't know what had happened, it was very stressful and worrying not knowing if my dog ​​was okay or not! I left my commitment because I couldn't be calm thinking the worst, I don't recommend it guys. It is better to pay a little more and leave your dogs with someone trained and loving and with someone who gives you confidence that your dog is being well cared for! There was no information or photos on the Rover card, it was a very bad experience and I let her know that I was worried about my dog ​​and that was why I had returned and she didn't give me any further explanation.

Tanishia was AMAZING with our two boys! We left for 10 days for the holidays and she sent many videos and photos and took such good care of them. They came back happy and healthy and would definitely recommend her for your next trip! We are lucky they were so loved during our holiday!
