Tanya is excellent with dogs, and has already trained Lucy Lou to do things we haven't done together yet, like finding a treat in a hidden place and telling her which thing it was under. Tanya is friendly, knowledgeable and sent me lots of updates, photos and videos of our little Lucy and Tom Hanks, the shy cat. Tom even came out to play and be petted once, which is rare. Animal lover, capable, generous with her time, and very trustworthy for overnight dog sitting.
Tania is amazing! Reliable, punctual, responsible, communicative, and sooo great with my dogs! I had zero anxiety knowing she was coming to take care of them today when I was away all day. Will definitely book with her again!

Everything you can tell me! Special needs, medical concerns, or behavioural quirks are really important. But age, general temperament and likes/dislikes is a good start.
A typical day
We will of course walk in your area and if you are willing, I may take them to new areas to keep them stimulated. I love coming up with games that fit their breeding, for example terriers are great at finding socks I fill with either treats or dip in homemade broth and then hide. In all honesty your dog, whether purebred or heinz 57 will tell me what it needs and likes. Your experience with them is key!

Availability
I work part time from home and am very flexible. I am also a morning person so early walks and care are fun for me. But if you are stuck in traffic or a meeting at the end of the day I can also help you out!
