Hello! My name is Tanaze (tah-nasia). I am a veterinary student at NC ST. I’m interested in small animal and exotics medicine. I’ve had many different large and small breeds of dogs that I have personally cared for as a teenager and young adult. I’ve worked in the Four Paws Inn boarding clinic, where I mastered skills of anal gland expression, teeth brushing, bathing, nail trims, and medication administration for cats and dogs. During my first year of vet school, I have been trained in proper handling and restraint of dogs and cats, behavioral and nutritional needs of cats and dogs, and other medicinal aspects of caring for companion animals. I also have experience with exotic animals such as reptiles and small mammals. So, if necessary I could pet sit for any of those species as well. Some of these experiences include working at the Greensboro Science Center as a TA for the herpetology summer camp or volunteering as a intake student for turtle team at the veterinary school. Ultimately I am here to provide the utmost care and love for your fur family members when you need it most, whether it’s vacations, family emergencies, or routine daytime occurrences. I am here to make your life easier with your mind at ease that your pet is getting the best care.
