I was first introduced to Rover when planning our summer vacation a few years back. While tying up the loose ends we realized that our friends, who normally watch our pup, were also going to be out of town. After a brief period of panic, I remembered hearing about Rover. It was nerve racking leaving my baby with someone I did not know. But I knew for certain that my pup, Zelda, would be miserable at a kennel. She is a rescue and suffered from separation anxiety when we first got her. I wanted to make sure that her time spent away from us was as easy on her as possible. As it turned out, Zelda had a great time! She got all the love and affection she needed, and we got updates letting us know that she was doing just fine. Our experience as a Rover customer is what led us to want to be a Rover provider. We want to provide our guests with the same love and care that they would get in their own home. A little about me; I grew up in the Florida everglades with all sorts of animals: dogs, cats, chickens, quail, guinea fowl, turkeys, parrots, rabbits, a horse and a pig. Life was wild, crazy and fun! My husband and I are high school sweethearts and have been married for almost 20 years! Together we have a teen and a tween, Joanna and Sam, and a well-loved, spoiled rotten beagle-basset mix, Zelda. We are a whole family of animal lovers happy to make you beloved pet feel right at home!
