Pet sitter for hypoallergenic dogs
Pet care experience
My wife & I have grown up with dogs in our home all of our lives. We have cared for the dogs of numerous friends & families over the years and decided to offer our services through Rover at a reasonable rate. We recently adopted a poodle mix who loves interacting with other dogs. We are only interested in pet sitting hypoallergenic dogs, as my wife & son do have some allergies.

There is not enough stars to leave for our review and personal experience with Tan and Carly. We were so nervous as this was Nyx’s first time without us, just moved to AZ and didn’t know anyone… aaand we would be gone for an entire week. After meeting the family our fears went from 100 to ZERO, and we truly felt like this was the closest he could get to actually feeling like he was home with us. Not only did they put us completely at ease, but we were in a situation where we didn’t have service and I still randomly got multiple photos/videos/updates everyday even though they knew they might not go through.. which I so appreciated. They went above and beyond treating him like family and when we picked him up he was even freshly washed with all his mats brushed out, cuter and floofier than when we left him!! I am so grateful and would never want to leave my baby with anyone else and if you’re reading this I don’t think you should either 💜🥰

We used Rover for the first time and were not sure how it would go. Tan and Carly arranged for a meet and greet at their house and let us ask as many questions as possible, which made us feel very comfortable with them. After interviewing a few other pet sitters we felt Tan and Carly were the best match for our one year-old dog. We received pictures and videos every day through the app, which made us feel comfortable while we were away. When we picked up our dog, we could tell that he had a good experience with Tan and Carly as well as with their own dog Flash. We would highly recommend Tan and Carly to anyone else.
Great pet sitters! Very attentive to my dog and sent me pictures and updates daily. I would highly recommend this pet sitter!

Your dog will be loved and cared for as if he/she was our own. We allow pets on our furniture with us if that is something that is done in their home. However, we don’t allow dogs to sleep on the bed with us. We have a fully fenced backyard with no pool. Your pet will be let out regularly to go potty and we will follow your feeding routine. Feel free to contact us about visiting and see if we are the right fit to care for your dog. We prefer to have a meet & greet prior to caring for you dog for the first time.

Only hypoallergenic dogs, no more than 40 pounds please. We’ll watch up to two dogs at a time but prefer to only care for dogs from one family at a time. Please advise of any special needs, medication, health issues, if the dog is potty trained.
A typical day
We have great walking paths in our neighborhood if that is something that your dog likes and weather permits. My son & I will also play fetch, etc with your dog in our backyard if that’s something that your pet enjoys.

Availability
My wife & I both work from home so your dog will get plenty of love and attention. We do occasionally do family activities on the weekends for a few hours but we will discuss any potential plans with you prior to agreeing to care for your dog.
