Pet care experience
I’ve had great connections with dogs I met. Somehow dogs, including traumatic ones find my presence soothing. I’ve had some dog training experiences as well. Tammy was an excellent hostess for our girl. She truly went above and beyond to keep our dog, Sadie, calm, entertained, and happy. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! This was our first time using Rover for a long stay and Tammy knocked it out the park! Consistent daily communication and gorgeous pictures of our old man dog. She went above and beyond in every way!
Tammy was wonderful with our dog, and helped him get used to a new place quickly. He seemed to have a great time. I appreciate the pictures she sent as well.

I take dogs out for about 15-20 min walk each time around the dog-friendly neighborhood and sometimes, once a day, I’d take them out for a drive to a bigger park or to a dog park for 30-1hr outdoor time, depending on the weather and the dogs’ need.

Let me know of your dogs' lifestyle and needs. I would make sure their routine remains the same as much as possible. I would do whatever to meet your dogs' needs and be sure your dog feels comfortable and safe. If there are behaviors I need to know, please do share so I'd be aware whenever that happens. If there are medications or health complications, I'd be happy to provide support and care but will need details to be sure they are taken care of appropriately. I have a 22-lbs mixed breed dog, Oakley, who was rescued and is very friendly. We were surprised to see him helping a senior dog to bed one night. Oakley would be a great company :) Please let me know if you have questions.
A typical day
Other than frequent walks around the neigbourhood, I've plenty dog toys of all kinds (puzzles, burrow toys, chew toys, fetch toys). I would give a lot of physical touch (hugs, massages, belly rubs, back rubs, wherever the dogs prefer - and not at all if dogs prefer not). I would take them out to a dog park or to a public park, depending on what the dogs needs are. I also have some obstacle pieces if dogs like some physical activities.

Availability
Normally I’d work from home on Mondays and Fridays and go to work Tues-Thurs with flexible working hours. I’m around home from Fridays to Mondays all day/night and Tues-Fri late afternoon to bedtime. I’d be out for a walk four times a day. My husband would take them out in the mornings.
