Hi, my name is Tammy and I am a phD candidate at UC Davis. I have an 12-year old chihuahua. I usually work at home, so your dog would have a human with them pretty much all the time. Looking forward to seeing you and your best friend. I'm experienced with taking care of cats and other small animals too (Chinchillas, hamsters and hedgehogs) and am comfortable being around them.

Tammy really is a life saver. We had no one reply to us back on NYE and Tammy was the only one! She was very accommodating of our "not so little" english bulldog Henry, and really supported our schedule. She provided pictures and updated us the whole time she was with Henry. I've been sitting and walking dogs since 2017 and still have a few who I've been walking for a long time. As a dog owner I am very aware of what is safe/unsafe when walking a dog. For kitty drop-ins, I always be careful and watch the door when going in and out making sure they don't run away. I'm always open for more specific instructions. I'll be happy to talk to you!

Let me know if there's anything I should know about your dog. I have experiences with older dogs that need regular medication intake (mine suffers MVI). Also I'll be at home so I can easily adjust the feeding time.
A typical day
Multiple potty breaks. I'll be working in my room most of the day, so your dog will have a human around pretty much all the time.

I am mostly working from home (and if anything I would be on campus), so my schedules are flexible and your dog would be able to get enough potty breaks and walks.
