I am experienced in the care of dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits and exotics..to name a few. I gained my experience through raising my own pets and working as a Veterinary Technician for many years. I am trained in First Aide/CPR and qualified to administer medications.
I am unable to do overnight visits...instead, I will make as many visits each day that you feel your dog needs and at any time. Each visit is from 30 minutes to an hour and includes feeding, walking, playing or just spending time with your dog..and of course...picking up after them.
I have worked with many dogs having been a veterinary assistant and I am experienced in administering medications and fluids. I have First Aid/CPR training and I have experience working with special needs and rescue dogs.
I have loved dogs since I was a child and grew up with dogs. I have worked as a veterinary assistant and I am experienced in the health and well being of dogs. I have a rescued English Pointer named Trent and a Cairn Terrier named Karma who I rescued when she was only 2 days old. I bottle fed her and she now is a healthy happy 2 year old.
I have no breed preferences as I love all dogs, big and small. I would like to know the temperament of the dog before agreeing to take care of them.
Veterinary information, medications and other details can be discussed when we meet.
I have worked as a veterinary assistant and I have administered medications and fluids and I am very comfortable doing so.
I am open to doing anything extra that is needed such as emptying the trash, watering plants, bringing in newspapers/mail or anything that needs to be done while you are away.
My visits are usually 30 minutes to one hour and that includes feeding, walking and playing or just spending time with your dog(s).
The amount of time I spend with your dog(s) is really up to you, whatever you feel would be best for your dog, that is what I will do. You and I can discuss the needs of your dog(s) when we meet and go from there.
My goal is for you to have No Worries when you can't be with your dog(s), knowing that your pet is being well taken care of and for your dog(s) to be HAPPY when you return.
