Tammy did a fantastic job taking care of our elderly dog while we were out of town! She went above and beyond and sent us thoughtful and detailed updates each time she checked in on our dog. We are so grateful to have had no worries about our animals while we were out of town! Thank you Tammie!
Tammie did a wonderful job for us while we were gone. We usually take our dogs with us when we go out of town, but this time we couldn't and finding someone we could trust was a little scary (we don't have family here and haven't made any friends either since we just moved to Fort Bragg). We'll definitely use her again.
We knew both of our dogs would feel more comfortable staying home while we went away for a few days. Although it does seem a lot more convenient for a dog sitter to have client's dogs stay with them, in their own home, our dogs wouldn't do well with the change. We had a budget and lots of questions, and Tammie fit the bill as well as answered everything we asked with ease & care. Our dogs were so happy to see us when we got home, but we know they had a great time while we were gone too. Tammie sent us photos, and updates throughout the day. Without a doubt we will use her services again when needed.

I own my home in Fort Bragg, however our yard isn’t completely fenced in. My cats are indoor cats, and we have no dogs at this time. I have owned many animals in my 47 years, and have absolute faith I can care for yours while you’re gone.

Up to date on vaccinations. Social anxiety? Friendly with other animals (dogs, cats, etc). Allergies? Able to walk long distances (more than a 20-30 minute walk)? Feeding schedule. Snacks? In case of emergency info. Favorite game to play. Favorite toy. Any triggers I should know about (loud noises, doesn’t like small dogs, etc.) Medications & schedule.
A typical day
Fetch & walks. Lots of snuggles & belly rubs. I don’t watch much television but I’m happy to sit and snuggle if your doggy wants to. There are a lot of dog-friendly trails on the Mendocino coast, and luckily for you I’m born & raised here and know them well!

I’m an empty nester, retired from my full time job (wedding photographer) last year and currently a caregiver to my parent (undergoing treatment for cancer). My days/weeks are mostly free, and my schedule is very flexible. I walk daily and would love to include your doggy with me.
