Pet care experience
Growing up we’ve always cared for animals. I grew up with cats, dogs, chickens, goats, ducks, hamsters, ferrets and even a snake! I worked at a professional dog daycare facility in Santa Fe, NM for 3 years. I administered medications and fed dogs based on their nutrition needs and made sure they were in a safe, fun, well maintained environment.

Can’t say enough about Tamara! She is so good with our pup, and has some doggy playmates that get along nicely with our dog. Was really understanding with a slightly late pickup and even washed our dog’s bedding. Will definitely be asking her to sit again!
Tamara was fantastic with our puppy! She sent photo updates of puppy playtime and even dropped off our dog to us when we were on the other side of town. She knew our dog’s schedule in advance and confirmed it all when we dropped off our dog. We will definitely be using her services again :)

I have a fenced yard and I take my dog for walks around my neighborhood. I have a Siberian husky named Aubrey. She is a very mellow dog. Gets along well with others. She also attended the dog daycare facility where I worked. I also have a pig and his name is Pumba. He is three years old. Aubrey and him get along great together. My pig has been around many other dogs as my sister also works for Rover. Along with having a dog and a pig I also have a cat. His name is Boo and he stays outside (by choice) during the day. He comes in at night to get a cat nap in and then goes about his day.

A typical day
I love to stimulate your pet(s) mentally and physically. I enjoy taking dogs out for a walk around my neighborhood or on the beautiful Bosque trail. I also can take your dog to the dog park for some social time upon request! I will keep you updated on your pet's status and send pictures!

Availability
I currently work and go to school part time. I work three days out of the week and go to school the other two days. On weekends I am completely available. I'm fortunate enough to get to work from home majority of the time. I only take three classes Monday's and Wednesday's. On the days I have class I get a pretty long break in between class so I come home.
