I discovered my passion for pet care through house-sitting for neighbors and friends. Cats and dogs are a big part of my life, my friends and I have a regular group chat dedicated to adorable pet pics to share with each other. It's a constant source of joy and laughter. I adore all pets, and every dog is a puppy in my eyes, even the giants. As a quiet, introverted person I'm forever grateful to Rover for connecting me with wonderful people and their pets. I really wish I had done this years ago. I've been on this platform since 2022 and it's been great! My schedule is quite flexible, especially for last-minute plans with repeat clients. For new clients, I prefer a meet and greet to ensure a comfortable start to our agreement. I’m currently sharing my home with Taquito, our funny cat. I've also owned and trained a playful poodle mix named Zoeh. Although I don't own a dog now, I'm thrilled to shower your furry companion(s) with love and attention. Making sure I follow your rules and routines is super important to keep your pet(s) happy and comfortable! This job brings me immense joy, and I love capturing those special moments with high-quality pet photos. Clear communication is key. I use a Google Form for house sitting clients to ensure I meet your expectations :)

As always, another fabulous stay at our house with our 3 pets for a week while we were in Mexico. Tamara is absolutely phenomenal and treats our pets as her own. Our pets LOVE her. She even took our new puppy to the vet for us. She provided me with so much piece of mind, I never worry when my babies are in her care. I’ve already secured her availability for this upcoming summer. 10/10. We love you, Tamara!

A typical day
During dog sitting, I offer a minimum of two walks as well as staying overnight. I provide constant care, staying for 20-22 hours a day, and give daily updates with plenty of pictures of your pet playing. I follow their routine closely, ensuring they're fed, hydrated, and engaged in any training. I'm happy to brush their fur and play with their favorite toys too :) Dog walking provides both physical exercise and mental stimulation. I understand the importance of letting dogs sniff around, especially older ones, and I'm patient with them. I enjoy exploring new areas during walks, always prioritizing safety by avoiding other dogs and walking one dog at a time, unless they're from the same household.
