Pet care experience
I have had dogs for many years. Recently had to put my dog of 21 years down and miss having a dog around. I live in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced in yard. I enjoy dog walking and spending time with animals. My husband is a dog lover as well. We are reluctant to get another dog as we have decided to wait and travel some while we are still young enough to do so. We have decided the next best thing to having a dog of our own is to share our love of dogs with a dog we can care for "part time." While we will have a connection to a part time pet the emotional commitment with losing a pet of your own will not be present, making this a perfect situation for all parties involved.

Tamara was wonderful! My two young dogs (1.5 years old and 5 months old) who can often be handful came back to us content and better- behaved thanks to her love, understanding and patience. We left our dog reactive dog with Tamara for three weeks. It meant so much to us that we were able to leave her with someone who cared for her like she was her own dog, we didn't need to worry while we were on our honeymoon. It meant so much to us to be able to leave her with someone who treated her with such love and respect. We will definitely be booking with Tamara again!
We had a wonderful experience with Tamara and her husband. I could tell the moment I took my dog to her home for a "meet and greet" that she would be in good hands. Tamara had a very loving and compassionate approach with our pup and seeing how comfortable our dog was at her home I knew this was the person we wanted to watch our dog. Tamara responded rather quickly with my initial messages and texts when I notified her to check in while we were away. I have her booked to watch our fur baby for three more extended stay sessions.
