Pet care experience
I've had my dogs, both rescues, starting in 2009. My friends know they can count on me when they need me to help while they're out of town. I love spending time with other dogs and have lots of pet love to give! As someone who has two senior dogs, one that's blind and one that's deaf, I know how important it is that the person watching my dogs knows what they need.

Tamara stayed at my home for approximately one week in August 2023 and expertly cared for our senior poodle mix and 4 cats. She sent a few photos of the fur babies, which was a nice way to remain connected. When I returned home, the house was in impeccable shape - neat & clean - and all animals were happy and well cared for. Tamara is an excellent communicator, reliable, very professional and skilled with the fur children. I would highly recommend her for any pet sitting job, whether daily visits or staying in the home.
Tamara is a very attentive and caring sitter. She forms good connections with pets and enjoys the chance to take walks and see that they're well taken care of. She's trustworthy, responsible, and reliable.

It's important to follow all directions and information when caring for pets. I know that's what is important to me as a pet owner. One of my dogs is blind and he gets scared if he wakes up and alone in a room. My other dog is deaf and sometimes I have to touch him to let him know I'm home. These little things are really important. As a dog owner and a dog lover.

Now that the weather is getting better, I love outdoor time with dogs - playing fetch or other things they like to do. I love to go on walks.

I work from home full time which gives me a lot of flexibility. I'm able to schedule time away from my desk when needed. My partner is available to care for our pets when I'm away from home.
