I work part time as a paramedic and full time as an animal lover. I have been passionate about caring for animals since I could walk and have grown up caring for dogs and cats. Providing quality pet care to your loved one while you’re away is my passion and I look forward to meeting you!

Roxy& Biggie had a great day at daycare with Tamara! Tamara was attentive to their needs and sent regular updates with photos. They both left happy and tired out from their day. Tamara is very friendly and professional, and I felt very comfortable leaving my fur babies with her. We are already booked to go back!😊
Tamara was amazing and really saved the day for us finding a dog sitter for the night. Updated often with adorable photos and made a stressful night for my pup (and us) much easier. I’m so glad we chose Tamara for our boarding! :)
Arlo had the best time with Tamara! It was an action packed vacation full of long walks, dog parks, trail walks and some other dog and cat friends to play with. Tamara was excellent at providing very detailed updates with lots of photos to go along with. We will 100% be re-using Tamara as Arlo’s dog sitter as we are very confident in her ability to go above and beyond to look after our dog while we are away!
This was our 1st time using Rover. Right off the bat when we first met Tamara at the meet & greet we got an excellent first impression. Tamara is an exceptional Pet Sitter. She’s knowledgeable, reliable, super efficient and devoted. Our little Shih Tzu Penny had such a wonderful time that when we arrived to pick her up she wanted to stay with Tamara. Tamara goes above & beyond her care and love of animals. She even took Penny to Potters Creek Conservation for a walk. I highly recommend Tamara and give her a perfect 10.

I have a partially fenced backyard but as I myself love being outdoors, I enjoy taking dogs in my care on multiple walks a day and standing outside with them in the backyard while they do their business. I prefer to keep your dog on a leash for safety reasons, unless there is a fenced in zone where it is safe for them to run and play about 😊 I am also more than comfortable to have your dogs up on the couch/bed with me as long as they are well behaved. I clean the food/water bowls daily and will ensure the best quality of care offered to your loved ones.

A typical day
When it comes to any furry friend, I always love to get a lot of cuddle time and walks in. I have many beautiful trials around my home and I have lots of time on my days off to take them for nice long walks. I enjoy taking my dogs to the waterfront and on hiking trails. I always make time for play time during their stay as this not only bonds us for our time together, but also allows your pup to burn off some of that initial nervous/curious energy❤️

Availability
I currently work part time as a paramedic. When I make a commitment to care for your animal, I can guarantee I will NOT be called into work and you and your pet will have my undivided attention for the agreed amount of time. It is best to contact me to talk about availability so I can schedule my day around your needs in advance although I will accept same day requests if I am available. I live close to many wonderful trails and walking areas to give your pet the best experience while in my care. I am more than happy to meet with you prior to arranging care for your pet if this makes you more comfortable. I look forward to meeting you and your fluffy family!
